      Are you feeling stressed about upcoming exams? Overwhelmed by your thesis or capstone? Learn practical ways to approach midterms from mindfulness expert Jagir Pipalia (MPP '21). This fun and interactive session will offer tips and tricks to reduce stress, increase focus, and boost productivity. The workshop will offer mindfulness practices and introduce tools that you can start implementing right away to help manage stress. It will include a short, guided meditation and no prior experience is necessary. Light refreshments will be provided! (Sponsored by SAPRI & MSA.)
