  • McCourt E&E: 1st Annual Career Options Symposium

    When: 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

    Where: Healey Family Student Center Social Room

    Finding and applying to opportunities in the federal government (How to use USAJOBS.GOV)

    12:00-1:30pm Federal Opportunities Workshop- Health and Human Services (HHS) officials will provide a broad overview of the federal job application process. Their presentation will be from the HHS perspective but will be applicable to mission critical and mission support roles (STEM and non-STEM), so will accommodate the professional interests of a variety of graduate disciplines.

    1:30-3:00pm Federal Government Opportunities Meet and Greet- Recruiters from various HHS Agencies will be available after the seminar to speak to and distribute materials to student attendees.

    industries that they work in, providing key context for professional growth and dispelling
    myths to getting in.
